Nate Jibben, PE/LS
Nate has over 17 years of experience in the consulting business and is head of the JSA survey department. He has wide range of expertise in the survey field ranging from ALTA surveys, Legal/Boundary surveys as well as general topographic surveys. Nate has extensive construction staking experience from completing City of Sioux Falls, SDDOT and Minnehaha County projects. In addition to his surveying responsibilities, he has been involved with design and project administration for street, utility and drainage projects.

Kim Heck, PE/LS
Kim has provided design and construction administration services on numerous street, drainage and utility improvement projects for the City of Sioux Falls. She has served as the Project Manager for various City of Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation projects including the Yankton Trail Park Bike Trail Improvement project. Kim has been involved with the development of the Sanford Sports Complex and Cherry Lake Reserve projects. She has completed 404 permits and Best Management Practice (BMP) design in conjunction with public and private projects.

Pat Schwebach, PE/LSIT
Pat has over 23 years of experience providing design services on numerous private development projects varying in size from from individual site plans under an acre to large subdivisions over 300 acres. Some of the more notable projects Pat has worked on include the Dawley Farm Village, Sanford Sports Complex, Jansmick Addition and Timber Oak Estates/Addition. He has also designed plans and provided construction administration for City of Sioux Falls street/utility projects and drainage projects. From 1985 to 2005, Pat served in the SD Army National Guard where he advanced to Assistant Section Chief for the Sioux Falls unit.

Myron Adam, PE/LS
Myron has over 23 years of experience in the civil engineering and land surveying field. He has served as the Project Manager for numerous City of Sioux Falls projects including 69th Street (Vineyard Avenue to Sycamore Avenue), S. Sycamore Avenue (from 57th Street to 69th Street) and Benson Road (from I-29 to Marion Road). His expertise includes using the XP-SWMM hydrology computer program to conduct drainage studies and modeling for development improvement projects. Myron is the City Engineer for the City of Canton and has provided professional guidance on various project over the years including infrastructure design, construction administration, cost estimating and coordinating for the City with other design specialists. He is a member of the City of Sioux Falls Infrastructure Review Board (IRAB) and has served on the City of Sioux Falls Plumbing Review Board in the past.
